RECESS

The customer is entitled to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days of receipt of goods.

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal if it meets these conditions:

• The products must not have been used, modified and personalized.
• The packages must not show signs of wear, abrasions.
• The product must be accompanied by the attached warranty.

HOW TO MAKE RETURN

• send a registered letter with return receipt, showing the will to exercise this right, at:

• specify the item number, date of purchase and the purchase invoice number that received together with the 'object.
• send the details to the credit amount.

Within 10 days of receipt of the registered letter and the goods, our company will carry out the transfer of credit for the exact amount that the customer has paid for the purchase of merchandise (not including shipping and insurance) on the bank by the customer or pay pal. In case you enjoyed the free offer on shipping costs (that is included in the cost of the product) will be deducted from the refund of the right of withdrawal the shipping costs.

It is noted that for the facts band rings specifically tailored or magnets with customized engravings, the right of withdrawal can not be exercised. 

So we ask our customers to make sure the ring size is correct  to avoid unpleasant issues. For all other rings models the size can be changed for free (with shipping costs paid by the buyer).
